Drawing on many years of practiced experience in her field, Trish parlays her knowledge into her position as President of Hire Solutions Inc.
Trish excels in her field due to a unique blend of her prior industry experiences – having been inducted into Worldwide Branding in 2014 for her work in the field. Trish has a thriving business with a strong client base and continues to build relationships with industry professionals from around the world.
As Trish is actively involved in the lives of her 3 teenagers, time spent with them is very important to her. Having worked full time in downtown Calgary throughout her career, she craved more time with her children and wanted the flexibility that only consulting could provide. This also gave her the ability to volunteer and give back to her community.
In 2014, Hire Solutions Inc. was born.

Charmaine has been working with Hire Solutions Inc. since 2022. With a background in Marketing and Management, customer service, and owning a business for 10 years, Charmaine is well-equipped to support Hire Solutions Inc. and its clients. She is an entrepreneur at heart who knows and understands what it takes to find trustworthy and reliable employees. She treats others with respect, kindness, and empathy. Charmaine has a passion for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with others and is excited to make a connection with you.
Charmaine is a supportive wife to her husband of over 20 years, a proud mother of two teenage boys, and a dedicated volunteer in her community. She recently received her 5-year recognition pin for service with Special Olympics Calgary. Charmaine is active in our community and loves giving back her time.
